Kentucky’s public agenda for post secondary education has become a nationally recognized model for higher education reform. One of West Kentucky's greatest assets ins the available education infrastructure including West Kentucky Community and Technical College in Paducah, Murray State University in Murray, University of Kentucky Engineering campus in Paducah, and Mid-Continent University of Mayfield. Employees have a multitude of avenues for upgrading skills and life-long learning through a variety of public and private providers.

Those entering college have the option to attend one of U.S. News’ top-ranked Southern Universities – Murray State – and pursue degrees ranging from an MBA to Telecommunications Systems Management.
