Tract 1 (North Section) –

A second study was performed by 5H Technologies, Inc. in 2008. The field assessments have been completed and the permitting is still in-progress Activities during the course of development, depending on their locations in relation to an “identified wetland” and/or a “jurisdictional stream” may require permits from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and Kentucky Division of Water. See the permitting section of this report for a list of some of the various permits with their estimated regulatory time that may be required.
