WETLAND DELINEATION & STREAM ASSESSMENT: COMPLETE

Tract 1 (North Section) –

A wetlands delineation & stream assessment was performed by C.B. Coburn in the summer of 2003. Activities during the course of development, depending on their locations in relation to an “identified wetland” and/or a “jurisdictional stream” may require permits from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and Kentucky Division of Water. See the permitting section of this report for a list of some of the various permits with their estimated regulatory time that may be required.
