PRELIMINARY GEOTECHNICAL ASSESSMENT: COMPLETE

Tract 2 (South Section) -

A preliminary investigation was conducted by Geotech Engineering & Testing, Inc. in the spring of 2009 of selected areas of Tract 2 (South Section). Fifteen (15) randomly selected test borings were advanced during this investigation. Additional geotechnical investigations may be required for specific development in designated areas.
