Tract 1 (North Section) -

A preliminary investigation was conducted by Geotech Engineering & Testing, Inc. in late summer of 2003 of selected areas in Tract 1 (North Tract). Twelve (12) randomly selected test borings were advanced during this investigation. Additional geotechnical investigations may be required for specific development in designated areas.
