New Wastewater Service:

A new On-Site Wastewater Treatment facility could be constructed on the park property as an alternative to expansion of the Mayfield Electric & Water System. A new 2 MGD treatment facility could be constructed near the northeast corner of Tract 1 (North Section) of the park property with discharge to Mayfield Creek.

Time & Cost Estimates:

• 2.0 MGD on-site plant treatment facility - $10 million
• Lift Station - $1 million
• These new facilities would require approximately 24 months to complete
• (9 months for design & permitting and an additional 15 months for construction).
  
• Final construction is dependent upon the tenant’s specifications.
