ON-SITE WATER SERVICE: CONSTRUCTION

Based on the results of the 12” well already constructed it seems feasible to construct an

On-Site Water Treatment and well field facility as an alternative to the water main extension from the Hickory Water District. This facility would be constructed on park property and operated and maintained by the Hickory Water District.

Construction of this facility is estimated to cost $8,000,000 and require approximately 22 months to complete (7 months for design & permitting and an additional 15 months for construction).

Final construction is dependent upon tenant’s specifications.
