Natural Gas

Atmos Energy Corporation is the natural gas distribution company and Texas Gas
Transmission, LLC is the gas supplier to the park area.

Atmos Energy has a 4” steel service main with a pressure of 200 psi and a capacity of
up to 30 mcf/hr located approximately 35,000 feet away along U.S. Highway 45 near
the Pilgrims Pride facility.

Time & Cost Estimates: Extension from this main would cost $1 million and take 12 months to complete

Atmos Energy has a 6” steel service main with a pressure of 200 psi and a capacity of
up to 95 mcf/hr located approximately 42,500 feet away along U.S. Highway 45 near
the former General Tire facility.

Time & Cost Estimates:
Extension from this main would cost $4.5 million and take 14 months to complete.
Texas Gas Transmission, LLC has an 8” steel service main with a pressure of 400 psi
and a capacity of up to 800 mcf/hr located approximately 45,000 feet to the southeast
of the park.

Time & Cost Estimates:
Extension from this main would cost $9.1 million and take 14 months to complete.

Final construction is dependent upon tenant’s specifications.
