Permits required is dependent upon the potential industry/business developed in the park.

Attached is a table, compiled by McCallum Sweeney, of various permits from the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection with their fees and their regulatory times. The permits required will be dependent upon the type of facilities developed in the park. The estimated permitting time for these permits varies from one week to one year depending on the type of permit and the complexity of the project.
