ELECTRIC SERVICE: CONSTRUCTION

West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (West KY RECC) & its power supplier Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA)

West Kentucky Rural Electric currently has distribution facilities within the park area
(standard distribution 12,470 volts). An existing 69kV transmission line is located
approximately 6 miles from the park. For demands larger than 2 megawatts, 69kV
transmission lines and a new substation can be constructed from the transmission
line located approximately 6 miles from the park.

Time & Cost Estimates: 69kV - $8.0 million and would take 12 months

Final construction is dependent upon tenant’s specifications.
